The Board of Directors held its (fourth) meeting for the year 2024, on Monday July 1, 2024 , at 11:00 AM, at the headquarters of the Benghazi region’s branches management, to review reports on work and activity, approve the outputs and recommendations of its committees, and prepare for the arrangements and requirements for calling the General Assembly The bank will meet after the middle of this month to approve the final accounts and financial statements for the years (2021 - 2022 - 2023).
