As part of its strategy to improve its electronic services and launch new services within its corporate electronic transactions system, National Commercial Bank held a training course for its managers and employees in cooperation with Imagine Group. The importance of this training course lies in the automation of banking operations and the development of the skills of NCB employees in electronic services, which will improve the level of customer service.
On this occasion, National Commercial Bank confirms that during this year many electronic services will be launched. These services will include bank statement requests and cheque book and certified check book requests, in addition to mobile applications and many other electronic services whose impact will be touched by all NCB customers.
