Dear customers,

Due to the current security conditions, we would like to apologize to our customers for stopping some services in some branches and closing some branches from time to time due to the inability of the security authorities responsible to secure the lives of employees, as this led to the inability of NCB to meet the needs of our valued customers, thus affecting the daily lives of citizens throughout the country.

We would like to inform our valued customers that the situation in Libya has negatively impacted all sectors, especially the banking sector, that the continuous power outages, lack of fuel, stopping generators and the inability of many employees to access their work places have worsened the situation. Travel of all maintenance consultants and engineers, which resulted in the temporary interruption of some banking services.

Since the start of the events, the bank's management has formed a "crisis committee" to deal with the repercussions of the current stage and put in place special mechanisms to maintain deposits and balances of customers and to preserve the bank's profits and to deal with ongoing robberies and looting by gangs that exploit the deterioration of the security situation in the country. In coordination with the Central Bank of Libya and the responsible authorities to develop a plan for how to get out of this crisis and find solutions for citizens to enable them to withdraw their salaries and complete their bank charges more easily.
