National Commercial Bank (NCB) announce the foreign remittance service will be opened for personal purposes (study - treatment) in addition to issuance and re-issuance of international cards according to the instructions of the Central Bank of Libya during the coming period. We also encourage all customers who have current accounts with the National Commercial Bank and who wish to obtain the product of international cards to visit their branches and submit requests with the necessity of bringing a color copy of the passport, the national ID number document and filling in the prepared form.
