The General Assembly of the National Commercial Bank held its regular meeting on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the headquarters of the General Administration of the Bank in the city of Al-Bayda. During the meeting, the final accounts of the Bank for the fiscal years 2021, 2022, and 2023 were approved. Additionally, a resolution was passed approving the Board of Directors' choice of external auditors to review the Bank's financial statements for the years 2024 and 2025.
