$10,000 Personal Purposes Recharge Service

The General Manager of National Commercial Bank, Mr. Al-Siddiq Khanfar, denied the rumor of the suspension of NCB $10,000 personal purposes recharge service due to running out of allocated U.S dollar share. In this context, Mr. Khanfar emphasized the bank's continued provision of its banking services related to credit, Arbab Al-Osar transfers, and personal purposes recharge services. The General Manager clarified that the temporary stop of NCB $10,000 personal purposes recharge service at times is due to the commitment of the bank to regulatory procedures such as the supervision of the Central Bank of Libya as well as its commitment to the required reserves in accordance with banking supervision rules, stressing, at the same time, the strong cooperation between the Central Bank of Libya in Tripoli and Benghazi and NCB in relation to all available banking services.
