The Risk Department, as part of its 2024 awareness plan, organized a comprehensive training program aimed at reducing risks and enhancing awareness among all bank employees regarding operational, credit, and market risks, in alignment with Basel regulations and international standards. The training was led by a team of expert trainers from the Risk Department.
The program specifically targeted branch managers, assistant branch managers, and heads of departments, as well as current account unit leaders from branches under the Tripoli Regional Branch Management. Held from October 13 to 17, 2024, the sessions took place in the training hall at the bank’s headquarters in Bab Ben Ghashir, Tripoli. The event was coordinated in collaboration with key departments, including Administrative Affairs, Information Technology, and Training Management.
