The National Commercial Bank was established as a Libyan joint stock compny with a capital of 500 million Libyan dinars under the provisions of Law No. 153 of 1970, in 22/12/1970.
Since its establishment, more than of 69 branches have been opened around Libya. NCB has achieved a record growth in the size of its assets in 2017, which amounted to more than 22,5 Billion Libyan dinars, and the Net Profit in 2017 reached around 100 million Libyan dinars with 19% increase compared with 2016.
